Pursuant to Art. 10, paragraph 6 of the Croatian Consumer Protection Act ("Official Gazette", No. 19/22), we will respond to a consumer's written complaint in written form no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint, so we ask that in your complaint you specify your contact address (e-mail) for the delivery of the answer.

The right to complaint
In the event of a complaint about the service, an error in data transfer or some other deficiency, please contact us within two working days of the service being implemented. The customer is obliged to send a complaint by e-mail to [email protected], by phone at +385 91 73 99 831 or in writing to the address of the headquarters within the legal period of 14 days.
